As a general superintendent for one of the largest commercial construction management firms in the country, Brian brings deep experience leading complex projects, building high-performing teams, and delivering results under pressure. Those same disciplines shape his leadership of Hope Builders — where every project, from a single home build to a full medical outreach event, is planned, resourced, and executed with the same rigor. Brian oversees strategic direction, project execution, and the foundation's growth in the United States.

Born and raised in Guatemala, Lester immigrated to the United States more than a decade ago, became a U.S. citizen, and built a thriving business career — all while staying rooted in the communities that shaped him. Guided by his principle "remember where you came from," Lester is the visionary behind Hope Builders. His deep relationships in Central America, cultural fluency, and eye for genuine need drive project selection, in-country coordination, and the foundation's financial stewardship as Treasurer.

Craig is a seasoned leader in commercial electrical installations, with a track record of managing critical project components with an emphasis on safety, efficiency, and quality. That precision and attention to detail carry directly into Hope Builders — where Craig oversees governance, records, and the operational discipline that keeps the foundation running well. His work alongside Lester's tradespeople on U.S. projects gave him an early appreciation for the character and skill of the Central American workforce Hope Builders now serves.
